1 · Export these two from Shopify

  1. Shopify admin → Orders → Export → CSV, last 3+ months (this measures how fast things sell)
  2. Shopify admin → Products → Export → CSV, all products (this reads current stock on hand)
  3. Drop both below — we auto-detect which is which

Optional third file — what's already on order. No Shopify export contains your open purchase orders, so if you have any, add a small CSV with SKU, Quantity and (optionally) Expected date. We subtract it from the suggested quantities so you don't double-order. Anything past its expected date is shown separately and not counted as cover.
